With a strong commitment to continuous improvement and academic excellence, the Davao Oriental International Technology College (DOIT College) proudly marks the successful completion of Day 2 of its two-day In-Service Training and Seminar-Workshop titled “Designing Effective OBE Syllabi: Aligning to Outcomes, Assessment, and Instruction”, along with the Learning Management System (LMS) Re-Orientation, held on April 24, 2026, at the DOIT College Activity Center.

The activity brought together faculty members from all degree programs, reinforcing a shared dedication to strengthening the institution’s implementation of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) and enhancing instructional delivery. Through engaging discussions, collaborative workshops, and the exchange of best practices, participants deepened their understanding of aligning learning outcomes with assessment strategies and instructional methods.

The second day of the training further emphasized hands-on application, allowing educators to refine their syllabi and maximize the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in delivering student-centered and outcomes-driven education. This initiative plays a vital role in ensuring that teaching practices remain relevant, innovative, and responsive to the evolving demands of higher education.

DOIT College extends its sincere appreciation to all faculty members for their active participation, professionalism, and dedication throughout the two-day activity. Their commitment reflects the institution’s ongoing pursuit of quality education, instructional excellence, and holistic development.

As the training concludes, DOIT College continues to move forward—empowering its educators, enriching its academic programs, and upholding its mission to provide transformative and globally competitive education.
