










With hearts full of pride and gratitude, Davao Oriental International Technology College, Inc. (DOIT College) celebrates a remarkable achievement at the 2026 Regional Skills Olympics, held at the Korean-Philippines Technical Vocational Training Center – Regional Training Center of Davao on March 26, 2026.
Representing the Province of Davao Oriental, DOIT College showcased excellence, passion, and world-class skills as its talented students courageously competed in five different trade areas. Their hard work and dedication paid off, as the institution proudly brought home an impressive total of 2 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals.
Leading the victory were the Gold Medalists in Web Technologies and Floristry, demonstrating creativity, precision, and technical expertise. The Silver Medal in Software Application Development highlighted strong analytical and programming skills, while the Bronze awards in Hotel Reception and Patisserie and Confectionery reflected the students’ versatility and commitment to service and craftsmanship.
This outstanding performance is a testament to the strength of DOIT College’s training programs and the unwavering dedication of its competitors, experts, and support team. Behind every achievement is a group of mentors and trainers who guided the students in honing their skills and building their confidence to compete at a high level.
Adding to this milestone, DOIT College was honored with the Best of the Province Award, further recognizing its commitment to excellence in technical-vocational education and its role in developing globally competitive graduates.
The institution also extends its heartfelt gratitude to Regional Director Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III, and Provincial Director of Davao Oriental, Engr. Richard Ampro, for providing a platform where students could showcase their talents and skills. Their support continues to empower young individuals to reach their fullest potential.
